It´s a Gothic Palace Rehabilitation opposite the Tarragona Cathedral turning it into a student residence, is mandatory respect part of the facades.
It´s intended the largest possible interior recovery prioritizing the importance of its grand staircase leading to the first floor. the rehabilitated, insofar as possible, being enclosed by an element of modern concepciñon but fully respects the rescued. Such is the distinction between the two that applies not only in design but also in the construction and structure unifying of tradition and modernity meet.
REHABILITACIÓN PALACIO DEL ADRIACA

Se trata de rehabilitar un Palacio Gótico situado frente a la catedral de Tarragona convirtiéndolo en una residencia de estudiantes, siendo obligatorio respetar parte de las fachadas.
Se pretende la mayor recuperación interior del palacio primando la importancia de su gran escalinata de acceso al primer piso. De esta forma se rehabilita, en la medida de lo posible, quedando envuelta por un elemento de concepción moderna pero totalmente respetuosa con la parte rescatada. Es tal la distinción entre ambos que se aplica no solo en el diseño, sino tambien en la construción y estructura en un elegante encuentro de tradición y modernidad.
